Jen gave me the inspiration to want change, the hope that I could achieve health goals, knowledge to make better decisions and the training to see long-term results. I began working with her over four years ago when I felt like I had hit rock bottom, was discouraged and hopeless. Over that time, I was inspired to have a renewed desire to change. Jen provided realistic nutrition and fitness challenges that have made a big, long-lasting impact. The energy, endurance, knowledge and the empowerment of knowing what I can achieve have been life-changing. The more I learn, the more I want to continue and improve. OK, I admit it; I am officially a Jen groupie! Although I have made exercise a priority in my life for the past 27 years, my friends and family sometimes look at me like I am crazy when I schedule things around Jen’s classes. They can’t possibly understand the rush you get when you are being challenged each and every class to work harder, push harder and do your very best. Who gets up for a 6am to endure such painful pleasure…..I do and I love it D.B.

Even when I am not enrolled in one of Jen’s classes, I still benefit from the diet information and drills she gives me and I use them regularly. Not only have I seen results in my own body, but have also seen what she has done for others. I have seen people lose up to 20 pounds in her classes, WOW! Surprisingly,she still motivates me even when I see her training others at the Club. I know that is Jen is always keeping her focus on everyone, (she does have eyes in the back of her head!), and I know she is rooting for me, even if she suspects I have been hitting the candy again, (my favorite!). Leads by example: It’s not just a workout, it’s a way of life – physical and spiritual, Jen demonstrates this and sets an example by following the workouts that she teaches and in her everyday lifestyle. As a result of these things, I have dropped almost 2 sizes, become more flexible, and greatly improved my core strength.

I have had the pleasure of working out with Jennifer for over 2 years. Our sessions have helped to transform my soccer mom body to lose 35 pounds and 4 jean sizes. Although I have not always been the most enthusiastic client, she kept on me and was always able to motivate me as well as educate me along the way. The mom in me has always put everyone else in the family first. I guess you reach a point in your life where you have to put yourself on the priority list. The variety in our workouts keep me from getting bored. She knows when I can do more, and is constantly challenging me.

Part of me knows I have become somewhat complacent with my workout routine and Jen consistently knocks me right out of my comfort zone. She is always prepared since she pre-plans the programs and even does them herself before I do. I guess she likes us to know that she does, indeed, feel my pain! Thecombination of drills she has me do are incredible since they force my body to exercise differently and harder than ever before. Another great advantage is all the information she sends my way regarding diet options, controlling urges and exercise drills for me to try on my own. Jen’s classes are actually fun and challenging at the same time. Jen is an outstanding and talented coach.
